Overall Theme:
"PROMOTING HEALTHY DEVELOPMENT IN INFANTS AND CHILDREN"
In this Conference the emphasis will be on PREVENTION and PROMOTION of a broader understanding of early childhood development and disturbances, and the crucial importance
of primary caregiving relationships, such as parents, early childhood educators, primary-school/ kindergarten teachers, and psycho/social professionals. The presenters will address the ways to
detect problems, create new programs, and consult to persons who are directly involved in child
care. In other words, the focus will be on the factors that promote optimal well-being of infants,
young children and their families.
